We love supporting and collaborating with local Wisconsin businesses- one of our favorites is LaLune Collection in Milwaukee.
The latest Husband and wife team Mario & Cathy Costantini for the past 35+ years…. All their furniture is handmade in their century-old factory (that we are obsessed with). We ended up choosing a simple black countertop style island table… they brought to life a napkin sketch in the most beautiful way:

and… scenes from their factory: It’s literally a showroom that they build in.. the only thing we love more than the physical building is the amazing hundred year old equipment they create their furniture with. A few scenes from our tour:

The shipping department is stacked with finished peices awaiting their final homes…. after seeing the craftsmanship that goes into it- we have a whole new appreciation for this type of furniture. And, are so proud to have it made right here in our own Wisconsin backyard.

A collection of amazing 100 year old cream city brick buildings – their buildings, machinery, and equipment have all been restored… so that they can use the same methods and materials that were used by the early artisans. Our craftsmen travel the rivers and forests of Wisconsin to find, select and harvesting the willow, poplar, birch, oak, and pine they use to create with.
The sweetest part about the owners isn’t that they are just a husband and wife team, but that they are college sweethearts- and have spent their lives building their dream together.
