NO MOVERS NEEDED just us & some kind friends + neighbors in sub-zero temps ....Trying to cram 3 yrs worth of scavanging 2nd hand shops & fleas into 3 DAYS OF MOVING has resulted in too much of everything. (If you dont hear from us, were underneath an avalanche of boxes).1: BUT 1st, COFFEE: with the new @LaMarzocco ( unpacking kitchen 1st, trying to figure our what goes against a @fireclaytile wall best...) // 2: CHEAPSKATE: $100 couch we re-upholstered in military blankets, next to the $25 MCM end table...on flea market rug). // 3: FRIENDS: thanks to our friend @toddbaxterphotography for the print & @thehudsoncompany for the reclaimed threshing flooring. // 4: NEIGHBORS: Our fav Wisco neighbors @lalunecollection hand crafted the log table to pair with the @Rejuvenation stools // 5: THE BLACK ROOM: mixing @rejuvenation lights w/ @kohler sink+faucet (& the frame I dragged back from a Prague junk market to turn into a mirror) // 6: BOX AVALANCHE: unboxing the kitchen (my whole entire life Ive wanted a sofa in the kitchen. Dreams can come true, @rejuvenationchicago (salvaged cabinets from an old victorian) // 7: HOOK UP: @beehivechicago with the old tuplip chairs (dunno what to upholster them in now?) // 8: FOUND: 6 brown MCM chairs diving an abandoned building almost 15 yrs ago - Pappa Bear chair from the big daddy himself, @cargo_north & a bad ass gift painting from @struggle_inc // 9: PAINTED DOGS: super beat painting (but we still love it) found while scavenging with @thefrosthouse // 10: UNPACKING YOUR LIFE is always more fun with @kayleighkueffner helping. #kohlerideas #kohler
